How to burn Arabic Calligraphy to wood

This short video shows the how to burn Arabic calligraphy on wood.

The script is from Holy Quran ( the latest holy book from God)

it reads as "When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them)"

Arabic script is among the most dynamic scripts and can be used to create very unique pieces

Wood used is particle board which is very sensitive to burning

I was touched by the success of Obama 4 years before as the first African American to reach the White House. Few months before he was able to repeat his triumph. His tweet " Another four years sky rocketed in twitter. I have no interest in politics, I am not an American after all. Yet i was inspired by the story of the man. In this project I used the Pyrography / wood burning to burn the Obama's face on the wood!! Funny as it sounds but i enjoyed it so much I recorded the steps from the copying of the face using carbon/graphite paper through the painting of the wood till finishing the piece.
