Pyrography shading techniques

In this 1 minute video , you can learn simply the easiest shading technique to be used in Pyrography.
it can be applied simply by burning parallel line adjacent to each other to create the shading effect that you are looking for.
this is very practical when using solid tip burner which is difficult to control than the wire tip burner

Pyrography project of Arabic Calligraphy

This project was made using Arabic Calligraphy as a subject for the wood piece Arabic script was and will remain the most flexible and artistic among the world scripts. In this project I used a quote from the holy Quran. Its translation is " for those whom Allah (god) didn't made an enlightenment they will never have one" It took me 2 hours to finish and i was very happy with the results. How about you guys ; Will you think in doing a project using Arabic calligraphy in the future ? I promise, you will have fun doing it.

How to start a Pyrography project of an Islamic pattern

In this two minutes video, I used the geometry and the Islamic art design to create the famous islamic Eight-pointed star on wood. Islamic decoration makes great use of geometric patterns which have developed over the centuries. Many of these derived from various earlier cultures: Greek, Roman,  Byzantine , Central Asian , and Persian. The shading in this piece was linear which is a very easy technique of shading. The design is easy once you got the idea. The lines can be burned easily by the help of a metal ruler.
