How to draw an eagle's head using pyrography

It is always a challenge to have a feather like effect using pyrography.
In this piece i applied a very easy way to have this feather like effect
Simply i divided the head into arcs
Then i applied patient tiny strokes using the wood burner inside each arc
The intenisty of the strokes increases in dark areas as in the area directly below the mouth and are light at the brighter ones as in the areas beside the eyes
You will need just time and patience to have a similar piece

I was touched by the success of Obama 4 years before as the first African American to reach the White House. Few months before he was able to repeat his triumph. His tweet " Another four years sky rocketed in twitter. I have no interest in politics, I am not an American after all. Yet i was inspired by the story of the man. In this project I used the Pyrography / wood burning to burn the Obama's face on the wood!!
