In this 1 minute video, you will watch how to add color to your Pyrography projects. I used the Acrylic colors without adding water. Acrylic colors add density to colors. I used here a combination of Red and Green color. These combination gives me the contrast I need. the subject of this piece was a quotation from the " Holy Quran " The words translation is: [ Direct your self toward Allah (God) ] I enjoyed working with project a lot !!

In this video series, I started a project on  wooden plaque using the art of Wood burning / Pyrography. The subject of this project is a flower. The flowers were always and will be always the icon of arts I didn't imagine the end product will be of this beauty! In this two minutes video, I used the geometry and the Islamic art design to create the famous islamic Eight-pointed star on wood. Islamic decoration makes great use of geometric patterns which have developed over the centuries. Many of these derived from various earlier cultures: Greek, Roman,  Byzantine , Central Asian , and Persian. The shading in this piece was linear which is a very easy technique of shading. The design is easy once you got the idea. The lines can be burned easily by the help of a metal ruler.
